Cucumber – National Pickler


A small thin skinned gerkin variety of cucumber ideal for pickling but also suitable for eating fresh. Produces fruit early in the season.

When: Spring/Summer
Plant: Raise in seed punnets and plant out once risk of frost has past. Climbing vine so does best with a trellis. Plant in full sun at 1m spacing.

Seed Source: Our cucumbers didn’t do too well last season so this is one of the few seeds we sell that we’ve sourced from another Australian grower.
