A turnip with a light golden creamy flesh. Sweet flavour which is highly prized by chiefs. Perfect for roasting, mashing, fermenting into kraut or eating thinly sliced raw in salads. The tops are also edible.

Sow: direct, 20cm spacing, full sun
Harvest: 45-65 days
